1. Our Services

Wagneer Enterprise provides professional setup and installation of music and radio systems, including:

  • Office sound and background music systems
  • DJ and party sound setups
  • Event and remote location sound systems
  • Car satellite radio and in-vehicle entertainment setups
  • Ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance services

2. Quotes and Bookings

  • All quotes are provided in writing (via email or website form).
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
  • A booking is confirmed only upon written acceptance or deposit payment.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in the quote or invoice.
  • Payment methods: credit/debit card, ACH, check, or other approved methods.
  • Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
  • Services may be paused for overdue balances.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel a booking at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment at no cost.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a service fee.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are issued for unperformed or canceled work only.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
  • Refunds are not available once services have been performed.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide safe access to the installation site.
  • Ensure electricity, network, and necessary infrastructure are available.
  • Obtain any building or event permits (if applicable).

6. Third-Party Equipment

We may install or configure third-party hardware or software. Wagneer Enterprise does not manufacture or warrant such products. Warranty claims must be made with the original manufacturer.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (including lost data, profits, or downtime).
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service.
  • We are not liable for failures due to third-party equipment, customer misuse, or external events beyond our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials on our Website — including text, graphics, logos, and service descriptions — are owned by Wagneer Enterprise or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content without written permission.

9. Termination
